Sr. Network IP Telephony Engineer

We are currently seeking a Sr. Network IP Telephony Engineer.
As a Sr. Network IP Telephony Engineer you will be responsible for client management, technical leadership and mentoring of Support Technicians, systems design validation, technical solution development and delivery, project management, deployment and advanced troubleshooting of Cisco ICM solutions. This will include all components of Cisco ICM solutions, third party software and integrated peripheral systems. Hardware administration & testing, network validation, remote administration, systems monitoring, scripting, and integration with other enterprise applications is also required. Experience with multi-site configurations, in a consulting or large system maintenance and administration role, within Fortune 1000 companies is preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (technical documentation and client communication)
-3-5 years experience in a service/support or technical delivery role for ICM enterprises.
-CISCO ICM Scripting Experience CISCO Translation Routing and CTI Experience CISCO Admin Workstation and Web View CISCO Network Interface Controller (NIC)
-ACD/PBX Peripheral Gateway configuration experience: (Aspect, Nortel, Avaya,)
-IVR Peripheral Gateway configuration experience: (Syntellect, Periphonics, Conversant, Edify)
-CISCO CTI Desktop application integration experience (Screen Pop)
-CISCO Internet Application experience (CIS, CEM) {Web Collab, Chat, email}
-3-5 years experience in a service/support or technical delivery role for ACD/PBX solutions and integrations. • 3-5 years experience in a service/support or technical delivery role for IVR solutions and integrations.
