Sr Mechanical Design Engineer

Mechanical Design Engineer position open in Florida. The clients is a $25MM, medium size manufacturere for the process industry, wholly owned subsidiary with 3500 ees and sales of $500MM. Our client offers a close style working environment where your voice will be heard.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have 8+ yrs exp as Design Engineer, along with a BSME or other technical degree, exp in a mid-volume small chemical and elecro-mechanical including ultrasonic welding, proficiency in degining injective plastic and elastomeric parts; proven ability in the development of manuf equip; working knowledg of plastics and properties; knowledge of machining, casting material forming processes; and familiarity with ISP standard procedures.
Provide expert judgement in design development and implementation of mechanical aspects of new as well as upgrading existing products.
Develop test specs and design the necessary mech fixtures
Design various plastic parts molded, theroform, and pressure
Resolve highly complex technical and
provide high level technical customers, suppliers, senior mech and other depts.
