Sr. Marketing Engineer (Commercial)

Responsible for the generation of tools and programs which build customer interest in Global Drive Systems. Project focus will vary based on business needs. Will work with GDS business groups to plan and implement innovative marketing programs within company guildelines including sales literature, publicity, advertising, direct mail, sales seminars, distributor promotions, trade shows, market research and audio/video for assigned business. This person must possess working knowledge of products and markets, and be able to work independently with groups accross multiple businesses and different levels with minimum supervision and direction. Application engineering or engineered sales background in industrial automation required.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelors degree with a major in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, application engineering or engineered sales, including at least 3 years or project control and management, with budget responsibilty. At least 3 years experience with Allen Bradley products. Drive Systems experience required.Rockwell Automation offers a competitive benefit plan.
