Sr. Level Project Manager

Purpose: A job as a Sr. Project Manager working for a full-service architecture, interior design, engineering, facilities planning and design, construction management and program management firm with over 1000 employees located throughout the United States and overseas
We are looking for a Senior Level Project Manager to come into the new DC office. There are a number of projects that this person would come in and help support as the Owners Rep, and our candidate will be responsible for oversight of the projects, which will include reviewing budgets, reviewing construction schedules, coordinating and overseeing the procurement processes and the security processes for this facility. Must be an extremely sharp individual as this person will be meeting with and coordinating with some very high level people within the Federal Gov. Experience on Government/GSA projects is a huge plus, also needs to have DC experience on projects over 100 million in nature. Must be a degreed Engineer or Architect, and ideally they would have a professional license.Classification:Contract-to-HireCompensation:
