Sr. Engineer (Trans)Entergy Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, is an integrated energy company engaged primarily in electric power production and retail distribution operations. We own and operate power plants, and are the second-largest nuclear generator in the United States. This position will be located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
***This position may be filled with Engineer I, II, III or Sr level candidate.***
Coordinate Operational Planning activities in the Entergy Transmission Operational Planning group that include preparation of power-flow models, transmission & generation outage plans, load forecasts, operating guides, and participation in SERC and NERC reliability activities. Position requires providing support to the AFC project and several automated processes in use by the TOP group. Position also entails significant interaction with Entergy Transmission's customers related to reliable operation of the transmission grid.
REQUIREMENTS
