The individual in this position will be a senior member of the Hyperion Support team, which provides support to FAPT and Restatement stakeholders. The individual will be responsible for providing primary production and development issues support surrounding use and deployment of Hyperion Technologies.



Individual will consult with key support teams and developers on technology issues

Individual is responsible for defining/configuring and building new environments

Conduct upgrades to keep current with technology versions

Individual will provide support to resolve Production issues in a timely manner

Develop and/or implement tools and processes to improve supportability

Adhere to SOX and guidelines according to Fannie Mae standards

Provide SA support around ESSBASE database and business user security system access



REQUIREMENTS


Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in support of production environments

Experience with Hyperion and ESSBASE software is preferred.

Experience working with MicroSoft Office tools

As a support team member, the candidate will have responsibility for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with peers and business customers

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to the position.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment are also required.

Project management and time management skills are essential.
