Specialist, Process Improvement

Job Responsibilities:
Manage industrialization of service offers. This involves identifying successful local country services then managing all aspects of qualifying, creating, and piloting for global deployment in Schneider Electric.
Responsible for industrialization of a portfolio of offers in a given domain and the evolutionary roadmap of those offers.Deliverables include all technical and commercial tools, processes and collateral necessary to successfully deploy an offer globally.

Ability to identify and deliver well documented and well understood offers that bring real revenue and profit to country services organizations.

Ability to interact and manage across multiple disciplines and country organizations to achieve project results and organized deployment
1. Work with services business line managers to select and qualify potential offers and to measure and track success of deployed offers.2. Develop, coordinate, and industrialize services offers aimed at global deployment within country services organizations3. Work with and leverage country services management to support and aid in the development of new industrialized offers.4. Lead project team(s) to successful completion of project(s), ensuring timely delivery, budgetary adherence, minimal defects, and the complete offer functionality necessary for global deployment.5. Mange deployment of pilot offers in targeted countries to validate technical and commercial aspects of new offers.
6. Manage a project portfolio and evolutionary roadmap of offers in or planned for industrialization and deployment.7. Establish and maintain true credibility with country services organizations and other departments through real value add.
BS Degree with minimum of ten (10) years of directly related experience in services or project business. MBA is an asset.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Comprehensive understanding of services business and the related products/lines, competitors, technologies and applications.
