Space Planner/Designer

Purpose: Aerotek is currently is looking for a Jr. Level Space Planner/Designer to work for a firm in Newington, VA. The firm is a leader in the global communications industry. As a multiple award winner for outstanding engineering, the firm supports some of the world?s largest and most sophisticated media networks. Responsibilities will include the following:
-Space Planning
-Console & Monitor Wall Design
-Design and detailing of specialized control room
-Infrastructure Design
-Acoustical, HVAC, and Power Specs
-Experience in cabinetry design and fabrication is desirable

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 Years working in Architectural/Engineering design firm.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD 2004 & 3D Modeling, Rendering & Animation.
- Experience in Console Design is desirable.
- The firm will provide training for the right candidate.
