Yoh Engineering has an opening for a Space Mechanisms Designer in Los Angeles, CA.

Description:
Will work with mechanical engineers and related specialists to produce layouts from conceptual and legacy designs, assembly and detail drawings and schematics. Will direct other designers as required and maintain document release schedules.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
·Space Mechanisms Design and Drafting background required.
·Full understanding of mil specs, processes & procedures.
·Must have a detailed understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing per ANSI Y14.5.
·Minimum of 8 years experience in precision mechanical product design.
·Experience with 3D modeling required, CATIA V5. BSME or AE degree required.
·8 years experience with space mechanisms design and analysis.
·CATIA V5 - 5 yrs min.
