Solid Waste Business Leader

Foth & Van Dyke is seeking a Solid Waste Business Leader who wants to leverage their previous experience with project management and business development within the Solid Waste and Landfill industry. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for you to take your career to the next level!

As a Solid Waste Business Leader, you will assume responsibility for a significant portfolio of existing, long-term, relationship-based clients. You will also successfully manage and develop municipal/civil engineering/solid waste multiple entity interrelationships, while demonstrating the ability to pro-actively identify client needs while providing leadership and project management for projects of a complex, multi-discipline nature.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Engineering Degree strongly preferred), along with 10+ years solid waste/landfill business development and project management experience within an engineering consulting firm. Exceptional relationship development, negotiation and problem solving skills are a must, along with proven leadership and team building skills. This position will ideally be based in our corporate office located in Green Bay, WI; our Madison office is also of consideration.
