Software and Engineering Support (5154)

Provide engineering support and recommendations to Air Operations Center management to: research systems, develop and write engineering plans for the AOC WS recurring events, TBOnE, GCCS, Joint Tactical Terminal communications systems, Global Broadcast Systems, ACEII, Time Critical Targeting Functionality, and over 50 other support systems within the AOC; respond to requests for assistance, documentation, coordination, and facilitation for AOC WS subsystems tests demonstrations and events; develop new capabilities and systems to support the CAOC-X; provide support for infrastructure and conferences; investigate new systems to understand how they interconnect with existing AOC WS systems; document interoperability of all systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Must show at least a medium level of proficiency in the following:
Hardware: Dell Servers and clients, Sun Servers, Tactical equipment (ADSI, JRE, CCD, Gateway Manager), Cisco Routers, Network appliances. Operating Systems: Windows, UNIX, LINUX. Networking Concepts: Switches, routers, IDS, firewalls, Active Directory. Databases: Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server. Experience with AOC WS Systems necessary. MUST have a TS clearance

Experience Required:
Develop and write engineering plans and develop new capabilities and systems especially toward the Air Operations Center. Must have experience with Air Operations Center Weapons Systems.
