Software Technician

Our client, a large computer printer manufacturing company in Lexington, Kentucky has need for an Software Technician - Tester. NEW GRADS WELCOME!!
Software Technician Responsible for performing audits and tests of specialized software security products in accordance with software test plans and procedures. Debugs and characterizes defects, providing detailed configuration and descriptions for passing and failing tests for test reports. Maintains documentation of test operations and reports results to engineering and development teams. Identifies actual or potential problems in test plans or company products.
Tester Skills: Personnel who are detail oriented with the ability to communicate their observations and test procedures in a clear and concise summarized manner. Have the ability to logically review a set of data and predict the next steps in order to arrive at the desired result. Have the ability to work independently as well as in a Team environment. Have experience in Windows Operating Systems. Has experience in setting up and configuring hardware and OS. Are able to communicate effectively in an oral and written manner with local and remote teams.
REQUIREMENTS


B.S. technical degree
Additional Skills sets which are desirable for the position, -
Programming Languages C, C++, Java .
