Software Engineer - Reporting Specialist

We are currently searching for a Software Engineer - Reporting Specialist in our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida office. This individual will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and modifying reports including writing, testing, debugging and documenting programs.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities:

•Experience developing and maintaining reports.
•Analyze business systems requirements and design technical solutions based on those requirements.
•Determine impacts to reports from other area's database/process changes.
•Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
•Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
•Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
•May be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections.

Requirements:

•Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
•2 - 5 years experience with MS SQL Server, XML, and Crystal Reports or similar report writer.
•Ability to read data models.
•Ability to translate user requirements to SQL statements to create useful reports.
•Strong problem solving skills.
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
•Ability to multitask and handle several projects at once.
