Software Engineer (Radar)

Purpose: Aerotek is looking for 3 Software Engineers for our client in Mount Laurel, NJ. Client specializes in the development of radar systems and radar related products for the Department of Defense and other US agencies. Radar programs involve all phases of development from requirements generation through hardware and software design, fabrication, integration and test.

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. Knowledge of C language and Unix required. US citizenship required.

Job Description:

Scientific software engineering developing realtime and non-realtime software for radar, signal processing and data processing applications. Will work closely with experienced software and systems engineers. Widely varied development environments include a Sun workstation network, advanced Concurrent series computers running realtime Unix and C, Windows NT and C++, embedded microprocessors and graphical user interfaces and Java. Modern CASE tools used in support of development of software design.
