Software Engineer, Dev

Uses extensive knowledge of development and testing tools to support the delivery of timely, quality software solutions. Acts as project architect
. Transforms client requests into detailed tool specifications. Responsible for instillation and administration of tools. Coordinates rollouts of moderate scope. Analyzes technical and/or Level 2-3 system problems.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent expertise. Generally a minimum of 2 years related experience. Knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies. Knowledge of a business function(s) and of business operations. Knowledge of design and development tools. Proficient in new and emerging technologies. Negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills. Strong oral and written communication skills; presentation skills.
