Software Engineer - Delphi Programmer

We have an immediate opportunity for a talented software engineer, specializing in the Delphi programming language. Be prepared to join an energetic, performance oriented, and highly interactive team. The candidate will have the opportunity to be successful developing software using Agile methodologies as part of a team, while learning techniques for effective collaboration and iterative development. You will be participating in the full application development life cycle including requirements gathering, architecture, implementation and maintenance. REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate has a related BA/BS, with at least 3 years of programming in OO languages, and at least 2 years in Delphi. Delphi component development skills are preferred. Excellent design skills, with good knowledge of SQL is required. She/he is skilled in bridging the gap between functional requirements and technical architecture to establish estimates and deliver quality code based on those estimates.

Candidate should have a proven track record of programming on Win32 platform, with .NET proficiency a plus.

The successful candidate learns quickly, absorbs new information with ease and can comfortably incorporate new technologies into his/her skill set. She/he must have strong analytical talents and problem solving skills in order to anticipate problems; suggest and assess multiple alternative solutions; troubleshoot and debug code. She/he must have well developed communication skills in order to communicate technical, business and design information to other members of the development team. This senior position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, collaborate with others and be a contributing member of a team. She/he has excellent organizational, planning and time management skills, with a successful track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
