Responsibilities will include: *Develop and review technical program specifications. *Develop programs/systems specifications based on application requirements. *Provide primary on-going support to existing systems. *Provide on-call support. *Investigate and troubleshoot all assigned problems. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science and a minimum of three years of direct Software Engineer experience (5 years preferred); strong Cobol programming and JCL; CICS experience; strong technical skills/knowledge; strong analytical skills; excellent communication skills; and the ability to meet schedules and deadlines.
