Software Design & Development

Join our software team as a test engineer for real-time unmanned vehicle software. Responsibilities include performing hardware / software testing, investigation of test failures / anomalies and support of anomaly investigation.

Basic Qualifications: Experience in analyzing requirements, defining, designing, developing test procedures, and performing subsystem integration and testing of vehicle software required. Report writing, contributing to the improvement of testing processes / procedures and assisting in defining laboratory and simulation requirements is required. Individual must possess good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

BS or MS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace, or equivalent experience required). Minimum of nine years experience required.

Preferred Experience: Knowledge of C / C++, Tornado development environment, VxWorks, DOORs, XML, and MS Office is desired. Experience with digital processing, 1553B buses, Ethernet, PCI, vehicle subsystems and communication equipment is desirable. Knowledge of avionics software for unmanned vehicles is a plus.

US citizenship is required. Candidates will be expected to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information at the Secret Level.
