Our growing high-tech company has an opening in Binghamton, New York for a Software Configuration Analyst. Responsibilities include:

As part of the manufacturing engineering function, manages software configuration control in support of production areas.

Manages the implementation of software releases in manufacturing. Coordinates the cut-in of software changes. Responsible for the
pilot of new software releases - including the specification of machines required for pilot and aligning equipment and resources effectively. Troubleshoots software related machine errors in final assembly.

May utilize software debug tools embedded within machines. Inputs test cases and drives issues to resolution with cross-functional support.
REQUIREMENTS
Position requires an AS in computer science or related coursework and four to six years related experience.
