Slot Technician - Horseshoe

SUMMARY: General maintenance and repairs to all slots and repairs to all slots and related gaming equipment. Perform their duties in accordance with the established policies and procedures in the pursuit of the company goals and philosophyESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Safeguard the company’s assets and the customers' safety in their assigned areasEnsure that all necessary precautions are taken to maintain company safety standardsRepair of slots and gaming related equipmentPerform general maintenance as assigned or in accordance with existing proceduresInstallation, movement, denomination, and game change of slot machines as directed by managementPerform predetermined tests and checks on specific machines to establish causes for identified problems as reported by management or slot floor personnel, i.e. excessive hopper fills, etc.Perform all duties in accordance with state gaming regulationsSupport and maintain Horseshoe courtesy guidelinesPromote outstanding guest relationsPerform all other assigned duties
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Badge.
