Signal Integrity Engineer

Purpose: I currently have a position open for a Signal Integrity Engineer for an extremely stable company in Vancouver, Washington.

This person must have experience testing high speed interconnects (components in an electronic device that connects one part to another) using TDRs (Time Domain Reflectometer) and VNAs (Vector Network Analyzers). They will be performing system and component level simulations for integrity analysis.
The candidate must have significant modeling experience with one or more of the major modeling packages. In short, I am looking for someone who can both test for signal integrity and is comfortable with some PCB design.
Experience level is not as important as fluency in these areas.
A major portion of this job will also be to interact with customers to discuss applications/recommend solutions, so excellent communications skills are a must. This will include domestic travel (~10%) and eventually some international travel to customer sites.

Qualified candidates must have:

- A BSEE
-Strong testing experience and understanding of signal integrity and signal fidelity
-Experience testing with TDR and VNA
-Strong modeling experience
-PCB Design experience
-Excellent communication skills
