Shop Foreman

Kentmaster Mfg.Co. is located in the city of Monrovia at the intersection of the 605 and 210 freeways approximately 10 miles east of the city of Los Angeles. We are an established company in the design and manufacture of machinery used in the food industry. We are seeking a hands-on type individual who has spent most of his career in machine shops from the ground up and has the qualifications to direct machinists in the performance of their work.


Individual must be detail oriented, self motivated with the ability to motivate others to perform at their best.

REQUIREMENTS
Must have excellent knowledge of programming CNC Lathe and Mills and ability to assist others in the set up and programming of machinery.

Must have good computer skills and able to use mastercam or smartcam, autocad, word, excel, etc.

Knowledge of the pro/Engineer program is a plus but not required.

Ability to read, write and optimize G-Code is required.

Must have ability to read and understand engineering drawings and order required tooling.
