Perform power flow analysis in order to justify, optimize and support company's power delivery and marketing activities. Maintain and enhance various simulation models and their databases.Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 (plus bonus)QualificationsBSEE and a minimum of 3 years power and/or transmission market structural modeling experience is required as is prior research experience in gathering and analyzing data from energy markets required. Expertise using various transmission system software (PSS/E, or PowerWorld, UPLAN, GEMaps, etc.) is also required. Strong financial and deregulated energy background preferred. Strong database application knowledge &/or programming experience preferred, ERCOT experience a plus.

SENIOR/LEAD TRANSMISSION ANALYST (ERCOT) - 4546

Responsibilities:
Perform power flow and financial analysis to identify and propose transmission projects necessary to maintain and enhance generating asset values in preparation for a changing market design within the ERCOT Region. Perform power flow analysis in order to justify, optimize and support company's power delivery and marketing activities. Maintain and enhance various simulation models and their databases.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 (plus bonus)

Qualifications
BSEE and a minimum of 3 years power and/or transmission market structural modeling experience is required as is prior research experience in gathering and analyzing data from energy markets required. Expertise using various transmission system software (PSS/E, or PowerWorld, UPLAN, GEMaps, etc.) is also required. Strong financial and deregulated energy background preferred. Strong database application knowledge &/or programming experience preferred, ERCOT experience a plus.
