Senior Technology Support Associate -Siebel

Purpose:
In a team environment install, configure and administer Siebel software supporting dedicated websites for four applications. Consultation with application development, technical support and business users to determine architecture and configuration changes needed to support functional business software releases. Monitoring Siebel application servers and other components. Troubleshooting any problems within the websites by identifying root causes and identifying actions to be taken. Planning and documentation of changes to the environments. Support of hardware and software testing. Must be willing to work some after hours and weekend shifts on a rotating basis.

Required Qualifications:
Experience Requirements:
1) Two years of work experience with a Bachelor Degree OR Three years of work experience with a Technical Certificate or college courses OR Four years of work experience. 2) 5 years experience creating UNIX Korn Shell scripts, working with High Availability configurations, disaster recovery planning and execution, performance tuning and load balancing of application servers and other components. 3) Understanding of network topology. 4) Siebel 7.x certification in the administration of Siebel products. 5) Working experience with IBM DB2 relational databases or Computer Telephony Integration. 6) Experience in the healthcare industry.
