Expert level System Engineering support for Windows 2000/XP desktops and related Active Directory group policies.~HJ~
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of Systems Engineers located in multiple sites
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Domain infrastructure and operations for a large Global Enterprise.
Advanced knowledge of Citrix thin client computing solutions for a large Global Enterprise.
Advanced knowledge of Scripting technologies
Ensures deliverables are committed and communicated clearly. Creates detailed project plans for engineering initiatives.
Serves as a liaison with engineering and technology support groups for the purpose of sharing information and providing technical guidance.
Ensures that all solutions are documented and meet security and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
Helps to resolve operational problems and systems failures by directing and/or performing systems audits, analyzing problems and developing clear, concise methods for resolution.
10+ yrs of IT engineering and operations experience.
Substantial experience within Information Technology on a variety of hardware and software disciplines.
Proven project management skills; demonstrated planning and organization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communications, effective interpersonal skills; strong presentation abilities.
Ensure all architecture and operations activities provide significant benefits to the long-range plans for the business.
Advanced degree in Information Technology, MS / Citrix Certification a PlusDesired: Media / entertainment and information technology experience. Integration and/or Business Development Experience
Experience with large scale Thin Client (Citrix) and Software Delivery technologies (CA Unicenter, SMS)
GE Six Sigma certification
MCSE certificationGeneral: Reports to Manager Desktop Eng.
