Title: Senior Structural Project Manager

Location: DULLES, VA
SALARY: $80K - $90K plus + bonus + Relocation Allowance + great benefits

Solid full service consulting firm for 25+ years offering a wide array of engineering and construction management services. They are in the top 100 in ENR Engineering News Records.

They have provided these services to a broad spectrum of clients, including government agencies, municipalities, institutions, architectural and engineering firms, private enterprises and contractors. Primary areas of expertise include building, transportation, underground and civil projects, etc

Responsibilities:

This person will supervise, coordinate and review the work of other engineers, designers. Develop project fee estimates, schedules and budgets. Be responsible for monthly project invoicing. Assist the Marketing Department in pursuing new work including participation in client presentations. Perform other management duties as assigned.

Engineering registration is required in addition to strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to obtain a security clearance is required.





· 10 – 12 years as a Structural Engineer in Construction Management and Facility Management (we are not looking for a candidate that has a concentration with Bridges, Tunnels or Heavy Civil projects.)

· *****You must have worked in building and design with Commercial Construction buildings which include: Schools, Government, Airport, Commercial, etc. (SHOW THE NAMES OF YOUR PROJECTS ON THE RESUME

· Must have a degree with Civil Engineering, etc. and has to have a PE (can accept any state but WI)

· Commercial Building project range from $4M - $15M - $200M level

· Individuals must be willing to work in a team environment with multiple engineers, designers, and consultants on a wide variety of facility projects from renovations to new construction.
