ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and implement software requirements and new product features, while enhancing and maintaining existing functionality of front-end trading application. Design and code screen layouts, graphical user interfaces and interfaces with other systems. Participate in design discussions and review sessions. Create high-level and detailed design documents. Assist with product documentation, unit testing and ensuring overall product quality.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:

?Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent experience.
?5 + years experience with C++ in a Microsoft Environment.
?Knowledge of MFC and Win 32 API is a plus!
?Object-Oriented design skills a plus

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

?Financial trading systems experience a plus
?Experience with Visual .NET a plus
?Working knowledge of multithreaded applications a plus
?Working knowledge of STL and template programming a plus
?Ability to understand business requirements and translate to technical requirements
?Structured and organized thinker who executes well against plan
?Must be responsible, motivated and have an excellent work ethic
