REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

Technical Skills:
At least 3 years of experience in .NET technology (C#, VB.Net, ASP.NetExperience working with Project Manager and leading software development projects of various budgets and lengths of timeIn depth knowledge of .NET frameworks
At least 2 years experience with SQL 2000/2005
Working knowledge of older technologies, including MS Access, C++, and other tools
Experienced in full life cycle of software development; requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation
Familiarity with process modeling techniques
Understanding of object-oriented analysis and design techniques
Familiarity with UML Modeling
Experience in creating software architecture documents or other design documentation

Strong analytical skills for effective problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects/strong multi-tasker
Ability to grasp issues quickly and make educated, critical decisions
Good client presence
Willingness to support existing systems based on client’s needs and objectives
Work well with teams or in a team environment
