BASIC PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
We are looking for a talented software engineer to work with our 3rd Party Integration team connecting the best product in the advanced medical imaging market with PACS and other systems within the Hospital Enterprise. Your roll will be to make sure our Vital product line are connected with other external systems in an efficient and transparent way and to develop and maintain Vital Images software APIs. You’ll have opportunities to interact with external partners to make sure the best possible solution can be achieved for our end customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Travel Percentage: 0%REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
Strong C++ (MSDEV 6, MSVS 7.0), COM, .NET Web Services programming. Strong OOD skills. Hands-on experience in software design, UML, and design patterns. Experience in GUI design and framework. Knowledge of scripting languages such as java script, VB script. Fluency in English and strong communication skills. Ability to work with individuals across different teams and area of expertise.

DESIRED SKILLS: Professional experience in using inter-process communication (DCOM, CORBA, ICE etc.) Knowledge of ACE, Boost, MySQL, Python, or STL Medical imaging domain knowledge, DICOM, CCOW, HL7, HIS, RIS, PACS
