Senior Slipcast Engineer

Looking for a Senior Engineer with 3 years Ceramic Experience for
Front-end process engineering activities to Include:

Problem solving, documentation, yield and process control improvement for mix and milling operations, including equipment and process responsibilities

Evaluating dielectric materials and associated organic materials
Batch approval as well as evaluation of new dielectric materials
Adaptation of new materials to water base casting

Problem solving, documentation, yield and process control improvement for the casting process, and associated equipment

Tailoring sheet properties for improved performance at S/S and HAPS (i.e. multilayer ceramic capacitor build-up equipment)

Problem solving and documenting the membrane casting process (PVA membrane cast as a semi-finished raw material for a sister AVX plant)

Address tape/membrane customer issues as required

Contribute as back up / consultant on other activities including but not limited to: dicing, edge round, firing, design, etc.
