This position will provide direct technical support and guidance for its project teams. Perform quality control reviews during and at the completion of permitting and design document preparation. Perform construction phase engineering services. Provide technical oversight and mentoring of junior technical staff. Requires a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Requires 8+ years in design, permitting, construction and project management of civil or environmental engineering related to solid waste facility development. Florida PE or ability to acquire within one year required. Less experience will be considered. Salary commensurate with education and experience.
