Senior Project Manager - CCI

Senior Project Manager for various environmental remediation and construction projects. This position could be located in any of our offices in our NE region. This position will be primarily responsible for, but not limited to: technical leadership and project management to achieve the following project delivery strategic objectives: health, safety, environmental responsibility,
client expectations for quality, schedule, and budget financial performance for project-specific targets; project team expectations; operational performance and business unit expectations. Quality Specific duties include: planning, staffing, scheduling, budget management, quality control, safety, and coordination of subcontractors and internal technical and support staff. Participate in project decisions regarding technical approaches, cost and scheduling, and performance; identification of schedule and cost variances and the development and implementation of recommendations for corrective action for negative variances; responsible to help grow the Project Management (PM) resources of the firm through coaching of PM01's and PM02's, and participate in the development and delivery of PM-oriented learning events.

Basic Qualifications:

B.S. or M.S. in Contruction Management or directly related degree.

A minimum of 10 years applicable experience.

Must have experience with environmental remediation and construction.

Preferred Qualifications:

B.S. or M.S. in applicable field.

A minimum of 10 years applicable experience.

Serving in the project manager role on engineering projects may require a Professional Engineer’s license.

Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute or as a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) by the Construction Management Association of America (or approved equivalents) is expected but not required.

Demonstrated consistent successful prior performance managing small to large sized projects, as confirmed by the PDM, based on safety compliance, project performance including budget and schedule, technical quality, client satisfaction, project team satisfaction and business unit expectations.
