Senior Project Architect

Purpose: Aerotek E&E is seeking a qualified Senior Project Architect who will be responsible for researching, planning and designing building projects for clients by participating in marketing opportunities to secure work. This opportunity is with a well respected firm in the valley who has experience in K-12, healthcare, and office complexes.

The ideal candidate will be able to create a plan for each project, schedule, budget, schedule milestones, staffing projections for the project delivery, which will be reviewed by the Project Director and Financial Manager prior to start of project.

In addition, the candidate will provide comprehensive engineering coordination and drawing checking. QA grade B or better. As well as administer the construction procurement process to achieve client expectations without additional A/E costs and provide supervisory support.

Candidate must be a registered architect in the state of Arizona and participates in at least one professional organization.
