Senior Program Manager / ISR

Purpose: JOB DESCRIPTION: - Management of all development, delivery and sustainment projects that constitute a major contract for an ISR data management system.

- Duties include management and leadership for multiple program managers responsible for budget, schedule, and technical performance of specific delivery order tasks and on-going system sustainment.

- Responsible for continued growth and expansion of the business area related to this contract.

- Annual financial responsibilities include $70M in bookings and $45M in sales with growth to over $100M during the course of the program.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering, Math or Science discipline.

- Demonstrated leader with program management experience in large scale programs.

- Background in System Engineering with an emphasis on image and signal processing and analysis.

- Ability to deal effectively with elements and functions of the program, company customer and prime.

- EVMS development and tracking.

- Task prioritization, planning, staffing, scheduling, and conflict resolution.

- Program management technical competency.

- Minimum 12 years experience with government and military systems as a program manager.
