Senior .NET Web Programmer/Developer

We are looking for a talented Senior .NET Application Developer with a strong work ethic to join our team.



Main Job Responsibilities:

* Assist with product design and decision-making on features and functionality.
* Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance of complex web-based systems.
* Help architect, extend and develop existing and future NEOGOV products.
* Must be an experienced developer able to define and establish architecture standards and overall web development strategy.
* Work well in a team and provide mentorship to future members of the development team.
* Work with management, customers, and our support organization to define and meet deliverables.

Required Experience and Skills:

* Strong background in Object Oriented development
* Strong experience developing with Microsoft .NET
* Experience with multi-tier architectures preferred
* 3+ years of SQL Server experience (Strong database skills. You must be able to write complex database queries joining multiple tables and understand database performance issues).
* Experience with web services
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
* Ability to take ownership and juggle multiple projects and tasks.
* Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Ability to work well in a team and learn quickly.
* BA/BS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.
