We are currently searching for an experienced Sr. Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager for our Andover office who will be responsible for project planning, budget/schedule management in order to complete work on time and profitably. Also will successfully manage projects and perform engineering calculations and design work on a number of concurrent projects for both private and public sector clients. Will oversee and guide more junior engineers. Ensure that work and contract terms have been complied with by attending client meetings, leading RDK team meetings, and maintaining project files.

REQUIREMENTS
Position requires a thorough understanding of the principles of HVAC systems design. A BS in Mechanical Engineering preferred with 7-10 years of relevant facility design experience including chiller and boiler experience. Knowledge of public bidding process preferred. A PE is preferred. Candidates should also be proficient in the operation of computer systems including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD.
