Senior Interior Designer

Purpose: The Senior Designer will have a wide range of duties including office space planning, fixture development, lighting design and specification, signage development, construction coordination, visual merchandising and, occasionally, furniture design and detailing.


Qualified candidates will have:
-A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
-at least 5 years of architectural and/or design experience
-proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCad 2004
-ability to produce interior design documents and plans
-ability to read architectural documents
-general knowledge of building and finish materials
-ability to translate sketches and/or verbal communications into interior design documents
-excellent organizational skills
-excellent client relations

Preferred candidates will be:
-a licensed interior designer (NCIDQ) or registered architect (NCARB)
-LEED certified
