Senior Informatica Engineer
Data Analyst Engineer
We currently have a full time employment opportunity as a Data Analyst Engineer. As a qualified candidate you will need to have 1 to 2+ years of inbound call center, Customer Service and Data Entry skills for collecting, processing, and supporting ideally for decision support. As a qualified candidate you will need to have strong problem solving skills and a history of customer focus with good phone support. You must be very customer focused to analyze and communicate with existing client base to obtain, communicate and support day to day quality and decision support reporting activities.
Required:
1+ year Phone Support /Customer Service roles in a fast paced inbound call center environment.
2 to 3+ years Data Entry and Data Quality Entry skills
1 to 2+ years experience in Data Analysis, Decision Support / Reporting skills
2 to 3+ years Excel, Word, Outlook,
Working with Ad Hoc data is highly desired
College Degree required.
Computer science and or business undergraduate degrees desirable.
