Job Description
An Irvine based software company is seeking a high-energy senior implementation engineer to lead the execution of our software implementation methodology with new customers. The responsibility of the role begins at pre-sales stage, implementing Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), all the way to post-sales and full implementation of the software at customer site.
Technical responsibilities include due diligence of customer environment, technical and logistical planning, configuration, project management, customer training, and direct support of customer during the acceptance period.
This position requires heavy travel of up to %60 - %70 of the time for customer implementations.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Responsibilities
• Initiate, Define, plan, execute and evaluate the Alive implementation methodology at new customer site in coordination with Alive Implementation Program Management
Required Qualifications
• Ideally having implemented sophisticated network management or application management solutions at customer sites
• Extensive knowledge of networking and servers
• Experience at system administration level with Windows, Unix and Linux environments
• Process oriented and business savvy
• Detailed oriented with excellent project management capabilities
• Passionate about problem solving within IT environments
• Passionate about ‘winning’
• Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills

Educational Background
• BA/BS required (Computer Science, Information Services or a related field)
