Salary: $85K-$110K/yr DOE+ Health, Dental, Vision, Supplemental, Flex-Spending Medical Account, Retirement Benefits, and Disability Insurance.

Nationwide HVAC Mechanical Design & Engineering Consulting firm specializing in providing HVAC design and engineering system services for a diverse range of High Rise Office, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Government & Municipalities, and Industrial building projects; actively seeks Senior Level HVAC Mechanical Engineer for our Sacramento based office.

Ideal HVAC Mechanical Engineer candidates will posses a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 7 years of experience pertaining to HVAC system design & engineering for large scale commercial, healthcare, institutional, education, or government building projects. Current California Professional Mechanical Engineering License or (P.E.) is highly preferred, but not required. Candidate must have proven project management and technical design skills. Proficiency with recent AutoCAD programs is a plus.

Job responsibilities for this HVAC Mechanical Engineering will include but are not limited to:
- Providing project management & design skills to our diverse range of HVAC System design projects.
- Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organizing, and completion of HVAC projects within area of assigned responsibilities.
- Provide planning and directing for engineer and design teams through development of methods and procedures for accurately producing functional HVAC systems.
- Will project manage, schedule all incoming engineering projects assigned to their team to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate field installations and recommends design modifications, when requested by client.
- Ensure an excellent working relationship with important client contacts.
- Work to maintain a very high reputation among industry allies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering

-Current Mechanical Engineering License in CA or NV (P.E.) preferred

-7+ years of HVAC systems design and/or project management experience.

-Familiarity with ACCA HVAC design protocols and software
