Senior Field Applications Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
We currently have three Senior Application Engineer openings available. The location is flexible, with a preference of one position located in the East, one located in the West, and one located in the Mid-West.
This position is accountable for providing all aspects of customer support for assigned product group. Consults on proper application of products. Assists with the development of new business, lending sales call support and customized product demos. Provides hardware and software training, system start-up and troubleshooting assistance.
Provides product applications support for assigned product group. Provides training on products for customers and distributors. Provides technical support to sales engineers. Assists sales engineers in the pursuit of new business by providing sales call support. Prepares customer product demos, tailored to a specific application requirement. Troubleshoots problems on installed systems. Assists with the start-up of new systems at customer's site. Assists in interfacing products to foreign communications systems and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of industry experience. Previous experience with PLC's and drives and experience in the Water/Wastewater market is a plus.
