Senior Estimator

Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects or services.Consult with coordinator, clients, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and to resolve issues as directed by the coordinator.Preparing professional proposals for submittal to customers.Evaluate bid documents-develop bid strategy.Complete In-House Estimate.Subcontractor/vendor solicitation.Prepare as a Bid Budget for Acquisition.

REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or one to two year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Computer literate.
