BASIC FUNCTION

This position is responsible for programming, client co-ordination, defining and setting up installation procedures and documentation. Works with cross-functional teams of internal and external customers and suppliers at all levels to define customer/process requirements. Designs and analyzes complex business solutions (manual and automated), develops and manages resources, performs time and cost estimates, and facilitates effective solution implementation. Primary role will be the development of Documentum Applications.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops custom software applications.

Programs and customizes existing enterprise applications.

Participates and, eventually leads implementation of application solutions for both departmental and global projects.

Defines and sets up installation procedures and documentation.

Scopes project costs, schedules, requirements and success criteria.

Meets with client to determine implementation and integration needs and build project plan.

Serves as liaison on technical issues between customer and Application Development Group.

Writes documentation to leverage integration methodologies and codes across several projects.

Serves as primary technical architect on multiple projects.

Serves as an expert for the company's established Application Program Group.

Oversees the development, design, site architecture management, and technology integration direction.

Performs upgrades, applies patches, and performs maintenance to Enterprise Application Suite.

Adheres to the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.

  Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

This position requires a Bachelors degree in an appropriate field of study and three (3) to five (5) years of total work experience with a mix of both technical experience and professional services experience. Must possess hands on functional and technical experience with respect to multiple application implementations. This includes architecting, installing, configuring applications and the ability to advise departments on how to implement and / or streamline existing processes. Experience interacting with users at the executive level is critical



COMPUTER SKILLS

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint) as well as Internet software and E-mail is required. Experience with Documentum 5 and its related components (i.e. WebTop, Documentum Administrator, eRoom, Records Manager, Content Services for SAP, Content Services For Siebel, Site Delivery Services, Content Rendition Services, Media Services, Document Control Manager, Dynamic Content Assembler, Workflow/Business Process Manager, Web Content Manager); Experience with DFC (Documentum Foundation Classes) and WDK (Web Development Kit); Java J2EE programming required; Experience with other enterprise content management solutions (FileNet, OpenText, etc.). Must have experience working with XML; Experience in Web technologies such as JSP, .NET, IIS, and Apache, WebSphere, Tomcat or equivalent, N tiered architecture; Experience in interfacing applications to large RDBMS systems. Oracle and SQL server experience preferred; Experience with Scanning / Imaging Software (Captiva InputAccel).
