Senior Engineer-Stress/Piping

Yoh Company, the first and one of the largest technical staffing firms in the United States, has a six month+ contract position available for a Senior Stress/Piping Engineer This position is at a World Leader in Industrial Gases at their Corporate Headquarters in West Allentown. JOB DUTIES:
Provide Stress Analysis and Pipe Support Engineering of both cryogenic and high temperature process piping/supports for petro/chemical type plants. Communicates effectively with project team members. Gathers relevant information and involves others in problem solving efforts as appropriate.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Has a working knowledge of piping materials, insulation, pipe fittings and components, flexible connectors, nozzle loading interpretation. Experience with computer analysis methods. Experience in use and understanding of AutoPipe software is a plus. Working knowledge of analyzing pipe in accordance with ASME B31.3 code a plus. Ability to use PDS to view piping models a plus. Support design is limited to simple structural pipe supports and piping attachments.
