Leading a team of engineers, designers, supplier quality engineers and lab technicians through the design and development process to meet the design requirements.

Utilizing sound project management tools including EVMS for the execution of the project.

Driving usage of modeling, analysis and simulation tools in the design process for optimization and risk reduction.

Using existing standard work or improving the standard work in the design process.

Driving the usage of ProCert tools to ensure robustness of design to manufacturing variations.

Working with Supplier Quality on supplier selection and qualification.

Working with manufacturing/suppliers to ensure design for manufacturability /assembly.

Interacting with customers during the development process.
