Senior Architect

Purpose: A mid-sized Architectural design firm located in Los Angeles, specializing in large-scale, mixed-use projects, including complex resorts and hotels is about to start work on the design and construction of a resort metropolis in the Bahamas.

Due to this exciting project, the firm has found room to add a skilled Architectural Project Manager to work alongside the team of designers.

Duties will include:
-Project schedule and timetable, including cost control and meeting notes
-Developing and managing budgets
-Organizing architectural plans
-Dealing with consultants
-Issuing project reports
-Design development

Requirements include:
-10 years of Architectural experience preferred
-Bachelor of Architecture required
-Working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
-Experience with resorts, hotels, commercial, mixed-use projects
-Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail

This is a stable firm that offers a compensation package that includes a base salary, and full medical, dental, vision, and 401K plan.

$80,000 - $95,000 Year
