Second Line Field Service Engineer (ATM)

Wincor Nixdorf, the world's 3rd largest manufacturer of ATM and POS products, services and solutions is market leader in Europe has immediate opportunities for qualified Second Line Field Service Engineers.
Position is responsible for providing excellent on-site service activities for Wincor Nixdorf German-engineered ATM banking products with emphasis on HW & SW problem diagnosis, component level repair, application reload, preventative maintenance, documentation and planning/maintaining adequate spare parts levels. Additional responsibilities may include new product installation and branch personnel training.

Second Line Field Service Enginners are driving company vehicles and get their daily work orders from our central dispatch team out of Austin, TX. The latest service management application and connected communication devices (PDA) ensure fast and reliable communication between Dispatch team and Field Service Engineers. A predefined work time schedule 4 weeks in advanced gives everyone a good planning foundation for their free family time. On-call times and weekend work is organized in rotation bases and part of this advance scheduling.

REQUIREMENTS
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player approach
- Completion of basic electronic training programs
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a field service technician or equivalent experience in a related field
- Valid driver's license (passenger car)
- A+ Certification desired
- Previous ATM network systems experience preferred
- Experience in copier service business are very welcome
