Performs complex tests or investigations pertaining to the development of new methods, materials, or processes and investigates possible application of results. Obtains, correlates, and analyzes technical information needed to accomplish complex tasks. Completes the preparation of reports, charts, graphs, and other documents and advises senior staff. Key Responsibilities: Active development of new imaging techniques, clinical evaluation and publication in collaboration with our collaboration sites Facilitate clinical evaluation of prototype MRI hardware and software and develop innovative clinical applications in close collaboration with researchers and clinicians. Active contribution to product development of MR imaging techniques in collaboration with Siemens headquarters in Germany Establish, coordinate and manage the direct contact between researchers with common interests while supporting their research efforts. Keep luminary customers informed about developments, and keeping them enthusiastic about Siemens technology, applications and people Promote the Marketing of Siemens as an exceptional Research partner. Communicate research progress and results within Siemens. Especially to the MR R and D team in Erlangen, but also as a trainer to the MR applications group in the USA.Education: Typically Doctorate in biomedical engineering, physics or in related discipline or advanced degree.
