MTEC seeks an entrepreneurial Scientist/Engineer with broad skills to operate an analysis laboratory located near the Iowa State University campus. The position requires a masters or Ph.D. , or equivalent experience, in the physical sciences or in engineering with strong skills in some, if not all, of these areas: computer operations and programming, analytical instrument methods and hardware development, optical spectroscopy, gas chromatography, LIMS technology, chemometrics, general laboratory operations, and high tech business development.
