Sales Engineer Manager

Purpose: A manufacture and distributor of foodservice equipment, stainless steel fabrication, and related supplies, primarily for restaurant chains is currently looking for a Sales Engineer Manager to join the team.

Due to are growth we are hiring for all Engineering skill sets.

This individual is responsible for interfacing with the assigned account sales personnel and Project Managers on existing and new concepts.

REQUIREMENTS
-4 year Engineering Degree with formal AutoCad and 3D modeling experience.
-5 years experience in Foodservice designing or detailing the flow and function of commercial, institutional and various restaurant concept kitchens.
-Experience as a design team leader supervising the work of others.
-Knowledge of HACCP and the Model Food Code.
-Knowledge NSF, UL, CE, CSA, AGA, EPA, Boca, and Ergonomic designs.
-Knowledge of the principal equipment manufacturers. For example, griddles, char broilers, ranges, fryers, etc...
-Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and how it is used in designing custom refrigeration for optimal client value and performance.
-Design of basic work stations.
-Sheet metal fabrication methods.
-Cost control, budget management, estimating, and value engineering.
